Do you know more about pistons than prostates? Are you more familiar with carburetors than carbohydrates? If you would rather talk about cars than healthcare, here is a fun way to do both: come to our second annual Dad’s Car Show and get a health tune-up while you’re here!
It happens Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Father's
Day Weekend) on the United General Hospital campus.
There will be cars of all kinds with "People's Choce" prizes awarded in four categories: Street rods (pre-1948), Classics (pre-1960), Muscle Cars (pre-1972), and Sports Car (any year, two-seater).
Enjoy the cars, the
BBQ by the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club, the music of Marcia Kester, and
the fact that you’re doing something good for yourself. Take advantage of easy ways to check out your health, including a free body comp analysis, free blood pressure check and a low-cost prostate cancer screening that only requires a quick blood test.
Designed for car enthusiasts of all ages and the families who care about them -- this event is free for car show entrants and participants. We welcome car clubs!
