United General Hospital and the Concrete Chamber of Commerce and are pleased to present the second annual Cement City Street Fair on Saturday, July 25, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Concrete. Our goal is to provide a healthy atmosphere for wholesome family fun while showcasing artists, craftspeople, performers, businesses and service providers.

The celebration features free health screenings provided by United General Hospital, resource tables, arts & crafts, and sidewalk sales.

A unique part of the event is the Second Annual Cement City Poetry and Music Festival, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the lawn next to the Upper Skagit Library.
