Community Health Outreach Program
Mission:
The Community Health Outreach Programs (CHOP) is a grant-funded department housed at United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. The mission of CHOP is to collaborate with partners countywide to provide resources, programs and strategies to enhance the health and well-being of Skagit County community members.
Purpose:
Our program provides prevention and early intervention information, resources, and support for Skagit County communities to reduce the impact and incidence of the abuse of alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and violence through community organization and mobilization.
